Have a return? No problem!

You may return any unopened merchandise purchased from Max Biomed for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued via your original form of payment. 
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Max Biomed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Go to our Product Returns page and fill out the form to request an RMA number. Once we receive and approve your request, we will send you an RMA number and instruction on how to start your return by email.
